The brief for this project was to modernise the tired lobbies and bathrooms and elevate the quality of the building to attract new tenants. From the dark existing spaces, the new lobbies are filled with light and give the building the feel of A-Grade space. Sensible selections ensured results were impactful, professional, modern and within budget.
