Director

Adam Saunders

What do you get when you cross a former naturopath, a real estate agent, a police officer, a builder and a frustrated designer (no joke)…well you get our founding member and the driving force behind TFS and what makes us so different. A people-caring, client-focussed, detail-fanatic who drives the team crazy at times with his quest for
perfection and his eye for detail (especially on defect day…defects…what are they).
Along with this array of life experience, it is his previous 15 years in office fitouts that have confirmed his calling and passions.
As our Design Manager and Estimator he often comes up with the big ideas and has constant high-level input into the designs. He knows what it takes and what it costs to design and deliver the best projects and has been responsible for overseeing and developing our product since our inception.
He is so committed to the final outcome of every project that he and Lisa are usually the ones dressing the suites at the end of the project ready for Leasing – you don’t see too many owners doing that!

Lisa Saunders

As the saying goes, every great founder has a great co-founder behind them.  With many hats to choose from Lisa enjoys (she really does!) the diversity and challenge of running a business, accounts, payroll, HR, IT, Project Admin and her passion dabbling in a little graphic design.  Seriously that’s a lot of hats!!
With over 20 years of experience in industries such as Education, Insurance, Legal and Construction, she really makes her role look easy.
She is constantly amazed and in awe of the team and their ability to continually create and deliver awesomeness.
Project Manager

Christian Seymour

Christian is team orientated, performance and commercially driven and brings 25 years experience in Construction and Project Management to our team.
Our the journey he has developed an astute ability to pull together all stakeholders including consultants, government departments, local authorities, planning authorities, general counsel and contractors alike to ensure a smooth, yet agile and collaborative delivery approach. This means he can take a project’s vision and engage with all necessary resources to ensure successful delivery.
Christian has delivered works on over $1 billion of assets over the last decade as both client-side and contractor Project Manager.
Having recently just finished a 2 year tenure with the prestigious Modus Work Space in London, Christian has delivered works to some of the world’s most iconic buildings and understand the importance of completing projects on-time, to budget and safely in order to protect the overall value of an asset.
Senior Designer & Project Coordinator

Katyana Molony

Senior Designer and resident energiser bunny, Kat brings 20 years of design knowledge and experience to our team having worked in Sydney for15 years on big brand fitouts such as Seafolly HQ, ThyssenKrupp. Otis and realestate.com.au head offices around Australia to name a few.
Kat was also lead designer on the Australian roll out of ‘SPACES’ and was taken to Hong Kong by the client for training from some of the best architects in the world.
Wrap all that experience in a huge dose of enthusiasm and you have our client-loving, creative genius pushing our spaces even further.
Interior Designer & Project Assistant

Laura Moffat

Laura brings a truck-load of Interior Design, Architecture and graphic design skills to our team.
When you can drag her away from the 3D rendering station, Laura loves to don the boots and get on site to collaborate with our site teams to ensure an appropriate design solution for each project. With years of experience working on large scale education projects for TAFE
Queensland, University of Queensland and Bond University, Laura has brought a wealth of knowledge and ideas to our projects.
Her design approach focuses upon a well-considered space and the impact this has upon users of the space both emotionally and physically. Laura’s commitment to delivering projects in line with the original design intent, on time and in budget makes her an essential part of The Fitout Studio team.
Site Supervisors

James Leavitt & Mick Holmes

James & Mick are our Site Spearheads that battle through the dust and the designer’s changes to deliver our projects to the standard we are known for.
Between them they have delivered over $30m of our best projects and are masters in executing ‘design intent’. They are well trained in the TFS culture of client satisfaction and pride themselves on keeping building managers and surrounding tenants on-side throughout the project.
